I first met Alex and Chris for coffee at Bread in Common in Fremantle and I knew right then that I really, really wanted to photograph their wedding day. Alex is so super lovely, she has a smile that could rival the sun in its brightness. Chris just adores her, and I knew from the moment I met them that their wedding was going to be just beautiful.

Their ceremony was held in Mosman Park in a beautifully styled setting by Heart Strings Hire + Style with luscious florals by The Flowergirl. There were ominous clouds hovering around earlier in the day however at the time of Alex's arrival, the sun came out and the rain stayed away.

After they'd said 'I do' we made our way to Guild Hall where the bridal party indulged in oysters and bubbles before we headed to PS Art Space for a stunning reception, again styled by Heart Strings Hire + Style and The Flowergirl.

As I first imagined at that very first meeting, Alex and Chris's wedding was perfect. Their family and friends joined them in love and tears of joy and celebrated well into the evening. My heart was full when I left rainy Fremantle later that night.
