Caitlin and Joel got married in a beautiful Sunday ceremony among the roses at Lamont's Bishops House in Perth's CBD. Lamont's has long been a place that I was really super keen to photograph. Firstly because it is nestled right there unassumingly smack bang in the middle of the CBD, and honestly, even having lived here all my life and having been into the city at least four million times, I didn't even know for a long while that it existed. When Caity and Joel were saying their 'I do's' it really did feel like we were in a secret little hideaway surrounded by beautiful gardens and towering skyscrapers.
Secondly because STUNNING!
Their reception kicked off with a long table dinner under twinkling lights with their most dearest. Speeches were told with laughter echoing, dancing was done with twirls and air lifts, and everyone but everyone was smiling. As I left late into the evening and walked toward my car I could still hear the band playing and I smiled knowing Caity and Joel would be remembering this night forever.
Congratulations C&J. And thank you ever so much for having me there. x
